My experience

As well as working in private practice, I provide therapy as a volunteer at a charity supporting individuals whose loved ones have addictions.  I have also been a Samaritans listener for a number of years.

Additionally, I have provided therapy on a voluntary basis specifically supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing.  I believe it is so important to create an environment that helps men to access support and be open about their thoughts and feelings.
